Expect An Answer, then Listen

There has never been a better time in history (that we know of) for information.  Being that as it may, why do we not see and/or hear the answer to all of our questions?  I started my journal a couple of years ago and I had a lot of questions.  I had read a few books, watched some videos and listened to many of the leaders in the field of self-help, spiritual awareness and personal success.  They all said the same things, only in different terminology or focused on one particular piece of the puzzle.  While some of my questions were getting answers, most were not, at least not completely.  Fast forward to today, I went back in my journal and reviewed some of the things I wrote about.  Something clicked.  Every single question I wrote, had been answered.  Not in one way, but in many ways.  In fact, it was like connecting dots to get the answers.  As I’ve developed my awareness, so have I seen more and more come to me.  One inescapable truth is that there is no one else on the planet exactly like you or me.  We all see and hear things differently, even if it’s the same words.  I have found answers and clues in books (both nonfiction and fiction).  I have actually found them in movies.  I get many just in observing what I’m doing and talking to myself (yes, I do answer).  The point is that if we really want to know something, all we have to do is look and listen, the answers are all around us and because we are different, it will seem like a custom made one.
