It’s one of the most overlooked functions of life until you can’t. Breathing is the first physical habit we are brought into the world with. Learning to utilize and control our breathing allows us to do so much more. When learning to meditate the most used method is to focus on our breath flowing in and out. When stress is in us we can take deep breaths and the stress goes away. There are cultures that use breathing as a means to achieve physical feats of strength. For Wiccans it is a way to get into the trance that allows us to commune with spirits. It is a medium to direct energy.
Next time you have questions for the universe, just breathe and let it flow. The answer is literally blowing in the wind.
